Delete your Prepozone account

You can permanently delete your account here without installing the app. Sign in to the account you want to delete, type DELETE below, and select “Permanently delete account”. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your name, username, email, phone, profile details, sign-in credentials and linked sign-in identifiers, saved items, activity and test history, created challenges, challenge attempts, and stored AI conversations and messages are removed from the active database when deletion succeeds. All account sessions are revoked. Deleting a challenge also removes its participants’ attempts.

What is retained

Log data is retained for 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Public study material remains available. Files you downloaded or exported to your device must be removed separately.

In the app, open Profile → Delete account to open this page. Sign in here to confirm ownership. To remove offline practice caches on your devices, clear the app’s storage in device settings.

Cannot access your account? Email prepozone@gmail.com to request deletion from your registered email address. We will verify account ownership before deleting data. Verified email deletion requests are completed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
